Synergy Finance SGM on Mangsir 5; to endorse 25% right share

Synergy Finance Limited (SYFL) will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Mangsir 5, 2073. The SGM will be held at its central office, Butwal , Rupendehi at 11: 00 AM. The main agendas of the SGM are:
  • To endorse 1:0.25 (25%) right share to its shareholders.
  • After issuance of right share its capital will increase and amend the article of association accordingly.
  • To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
The register of the company will be closed from Kartik17, 2073 to till Mangsir 5, 2073 for the purpose of its SGM. SYFL has earned net profit of Rs 3.88 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73.It has paid up capital of Rs 47.44 crore. After issuing 25 percent right, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 59.3 crore.
