Synergy Finance declares 25% right share; SGM on Mangsir 5

Synergy Finance Limited (SYFL) has proposed to issue 1:0.25 (0.25%) right shares to its shareholders. As per the notice published in NEPSE , the BOD meeting held on Kartik 3, 2073 has 25% right share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from the company’s upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) which will be held on Mangsir 5, 2073. Synergy Finance has earned net profit of Rs 3.88 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 47.44 crore. After issuance of 25 percent right share, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 59.3 crore.
