Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Calls 9th AGM on Ashwin 31

Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) has called its 9th AGM on 31st Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in Celebration Heights, Sukedhara, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

i) Endorsement of the seventh annual report of the board of directors of the company.
ii) Endorse the auditor's report of 2081/082 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2082.
iii) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
iv) To approve the appointment of an independent director.
v) To elect 4 boards of directors (including one female director) from the promoter shareholding group.
vi) Miscellaneous.

Ashwin 24 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, SGHC has an LTP of Rs. 336.26.
