Swastik Laghubitta convenes 1st AGM; elects new board members form promoters’ group

Swastik Laghubitta has convened its 1^st AGM on Magh 1, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Satya Narayan Jha.

The AGM was also attended by FNCCI Rajbiraj chair Mr. Ashok Lal Amatya, CEO of the company Mr. Jiban Ram Khanal, among others.

Similarly, the AGM also elected Mr. Satya Narayan Jha, Dr. Pramod Kumar Jha, Mr. Sudhanshu Sekhar Jha and Mr. Ravi Sen Sah as new board members from the promoters’ group, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also decided to authorize the board to carry out the merger / acquisition process with other suitable organizations, as per the statement.
