Swarojgar Laghubitta to conduct Special General Meeting on 11th Shrawan, 2076; distribution of 100% right shares to be endorsed

The 189^th BOD meeting of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has decided that the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the microfinance company will be held on 11^th Shrawan, 2076 (27^th July, 2019).

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on 24^th Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 23^rd Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the ASM of the company.

The agenda of the SGM is to appoint auditor, valuator etc. for the purpose of merger and acquisition with another BFI and preparation of Due Diligence Audit Report. The SGM will also endorse decision to distribute 100% right shares after the completion of merger or acquisition process.

Other agendas include increasing the authorized paid up capital of the company and making necessary changes in the memorandum and articles of the company.
