Swarojgar Laghubitta inks MoU with Janakpur Laghubitta for merger and acquisition

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited ( SLBBL ) has signed a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Janakpur Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for merger and acquisition on Magh 28, 2076 at 3:30 PM.

SLBBL's registered head office is located at Kavrepalanchowk District, Banepa - 05. Similarly, Janakpur Laghubitta's head office is located at Dhanusa District, Janakput -04. The later company has not yet floated IPO to the general public. The paid up capital of SLBBL is Rs 34.16 crore, whereas, of Janakpur Laghubitta its Rs 3.47 crore.
