Swarojgar Laghubitta declares 30.4% Bonus & 50% Right Share; Unique Finance announces 16% bonus share

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SLBBL) has announced 30.4 percent bonus share and 50 percent right share to its shareholders.
As per the notice published on Nepal Stock Exchange today, The 128th BOD Meeing of the company held on Shrawan has proposed 30.4% bonus share and 1.6% Cash Dividend to their shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. From the same meeting the company has decided to propose 50% Rights Shares after the bonus shares is issued to its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the microfinance’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Last year, SLBBL had distributed 34.20% bonus share and 1:1 right share to its shareholders.
Swarojgar Laghubitta has earned net profit of Rs 2.47crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 5.36 crore and after the issuance of 30.4% bonus share its paid up capital will rise to Rs 6.98 crore. After bonus share is issued the company will float 50% right share and after that its paid up capital will reach Rs 10.48 crore
Also, Unique Finance Limited (UFIL) has decided to distribute 16 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
The BOD meeting of the company held on Shrawan 28. 2073 has decided to propose 16% stock dividend and Rs.20,09,347.37/- cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the finance’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Earlier, UFIL had distributed 7% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it made in 2071/72 FY.
Unique Finance has earned net profit of Rs 4.85 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 23.85 crore and after the issuance of 16% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 27.66 crore.
