Swarojgar Laghubitta announces 26.75% bonus shares for FY 75/76; cash dividend to be endorsed for tax purpose

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL).

The 192^nd BOD meeting of the company has decided that the company will distribute 26.7520% bonus shares worth Rs.7.20 Crore and 1.4080% cash dividend worth Rs.37.94 Lakhs (for tax purposes) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76.

This decision has been approved by NRB and will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.

SLBBL had stated that net profit has increased by 120.69% to Rs.8.07 Crore from Rs.3.65 Crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2074/75.
