Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDESI) is convening its 3^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 24, 2074). The AGM is being held at Hotel Pathivara, Itahari – 3, Sunsari. at11:00AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash dividends from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
• To endorse 1:1 (100%) right shares.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
• To give power of attorney to Board of Directors for merger and acquisition.
• To conduct election for 1 Board of Director.

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. It has earned net profit of Rs 26.20 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75 as per unaudited report.
