Swadeshi Laghubitta announces 15% bonus shares; Paid up capital to reach Rs 11.50 crore

Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDESI) has proposed 15 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit it made in fiscal year 2073/74. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) today, the BOD meeting of the company held on Bhadra 1, 2074 has decided to propose 15% stock dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). It has paid up capital of Rs 10 crore. After 15% bonus shares, it will reach Rs 11.50 crore. It has earned net profit of Rs 2.39 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. Its LTP stands at Rs 338 as of last trading day.
