Swabalamban Laghubitta Unveils Book Closure Date for its 13.01% Dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 04

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has called its 22nd AGM on 4th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 13.01% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 418th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.29 Arba. 12.3599% bonus shares worth Rs 15.95 crores and a 0.6505% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 83.94 lakhs have been proposed. The meeting will also elect a director from the public shareholding group.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81. Also, give full authority to the BoDs or a person designated by the BoDs to carry out all the necessary work related to the merger/acquisition and amendment of the Articles of Association.

The book closure date is on Mangsir 22. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
