Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed a 20.00565% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The 342th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 03 has decided to distribute 19.00565% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs 79,23,99,384 and 1% cash dividend for tax purpose. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 15,06,00,600 and cash dividend is worth Rs 79,26,348. Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
