Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank name changed to Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SWBBL)’s 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Mangsir 15, 2074 decided to change the name of the company to Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. As per the notice published in newspaper today, the Office of Company Registrar has given the permission for the change in name as Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on Falgun 15, 2074. All the assets and liabilities in the name of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited will now be responsibilities of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. See the announcement here
