Swabalamban Laghubitta 16th AGM on Mangsir 15; to endorse 31.57% dividend

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SWBBL) will be convening its 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 15, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 20% bonus shares and 11.57% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74..
• To increase issued and paid up capital.
• To amend the name of the company.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Kartik 28, 2074. Thus only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 27,2074, i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividends. Swabhalamban Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs. 25.03 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 41.89 crore.
