Surya Life Insurance Company Calls SGM on Shrawan 19; What are the Agendas?

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 19th Shrawan, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Harrison Palace, Bajrangbali Marg, Biratnagar, starting from 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) To identify and select a suitable life insurance company for merger/acquisition to increase its capital.
2) To approve and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) submitted by merger committee regarding the merger of Surya Life Insurance and Jyoti Life Insurance Company. Also, to approve the decision made by board of directors regarding filing an application to halt the trading of the company.
3) To appoint consultants, appraisers and auditors to evaluate the assets and liabilities of the company and to appoint an assessor from board of directors to carry out Due Diligence Audit (DDA) of the company.
4) Misc.

Shrawan 13 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this SGM.
