Suppressed Bull Retaliate with 2.45% Index Gain; Finance Takes Lead by 5.93%

The NEPSE index closed at 1,981.48 today after gaining 47.44 points from last trading day. This is a gain of 2.45%. The index had gained 21.30 points yesterday.
The index opened at 1,936.37 and went intraday low at 1,936.34. Then the index made intraday high at 1,984.12 and ultimately closed at 1,981.48.
227 scrips traded hands via 31,023 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 4,618,516 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.453 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 92.25 Crores.
Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) had the highest turnover of Rs. 6.51 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 799 per share. The shares of Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) traded the most.
Green Development Bank Ltd. (GRDBL) gained the highest 10% and hit the positive circuit for the day.
On the other side of things, NIC Asia Flexi CAP Fund (NICFC) lost all 10% today.
All sector indices closed green, "Finance" gained the highest 5.93% while "Mutual Fund" gained the least 1.24%.
