Support Microfinance’s 3rd AGM on Chaitra 29; to endorse increase in working areas

Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) will be conducting its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 29, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Durga Party Palace, Itahari-04 Aaitabaarey, Sunsari at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To change the registered address from Itahari-26 to Itahari-01
• To increase the working area of the company.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) with the changes in the address and the working areas accordingly.
• To appoint two directors from the general shareholders.
• To increase the meeting allowance of the Board of Directors.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/745. The current paid up capital of the company is Rs 6 crore. SMB has earned Rs 6.72 lakh in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75. See the notice of AGM here
