Super Madi Hydropower appoints Sanima Capital as issue manager to float 31.50 lakh unit shares; 40 MW hydro project at Madi river in Kaski completes 65% of construction work

Super Madi Hydropower Company Limited, the developer of 40 MW Hydropower project at Madi Gaupalika of Kaski district has appointed Sanima Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 31.50 lakh unit shares to project-affected and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Pushpa Jyoti Dhungana, chairman of the hydro developer, and CEO of the merchant banker Mr.  Bhishma Raj Chalise, amid a program.

The hydropower company has so far completed 65% of the construction work and is eyeing to begin commercial production of the electricity from the Poush end, 2078, as per the media statement.
