Sunrise Capital convened its 12th AGM on Kartik 18, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2078-79, the AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 25% cash dividend to its shareholders, per the media statement.
