Sunrise Bank appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager for upcoming 30% right share

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) has signed an agreement with, and appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue manager for its upcoming 30% right shares. The bank will be floating 1,63,59,636 right shares in the par value of Rs 100 per unit in the ratio 1:0.3 on the paid capital of FY 2072/73. Issuing a press statement, the bank said that Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya, CEO of Sunrise Bank, and Mr. Shankar Prasad Kalikota, General Manager of Prabhu Capital, signed the papers today (Poush 28, 2073). Sunrise Bank’s 9^th AGM held on Kartik 7, 2073 had decided to hike the authorized capital to Rs 10 arba.
