Sunrise Bank allotted RBB's auction of Sunrise Capital's promoter shares

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) has allotted its promoter shares of Sunrise Capital.

Rastriya Banijya Bank had opened 4,28,580 unit promoter shares of Sunrise Capital for auction from Ashwin 06. The auction was concluded on Ashwin 20. The auction was of the type all-or-none. This means that bidders had to apply for the entire 4,28,580 unit shares that were auctioned.

Only promoters and the BFIs were eligible for bidding.

According to the auction manager RBB Merchant Banking Limited, only Nepal Bank Limited and Sunrise Bank submitted their bids. Sunrise Bank itself is allotted the entirety of shares at Rs. 243.05 per unit. The minimum bid rate was Rs. 205.82.
