Summit Microfinance AGM on Poush 25; Book closure on Poush 8; to endorse 45% bonus & 100% right share

Summit Microfinance Development Bank Limited (SMFDB) will be convening its Annual General Meeting on Poush 25, 2073 and the microfinance company has announced book closure date for the same. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Poush 8, 2073 till Poush 25, 2073. Only the shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Poush 7, 2073 will be eligible for the bonus share of the company. The same AGM is supposed to approve 45% bonus share and 1:1 (100 %) right share to its shareholders. It has earned net profit of Rs 1.02 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2073/74.The microfinance company has paid up capital of Rs 7.25 crore. After 45% bonus & 100% right share endorsement, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 21.02 crore.
