Summit Laghubitta announces 21.09% bonus shares for FY 75/76; to endorse 1.11% cash dividend for tax purpose

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB).

The 181^st BOD meeting of the company has decided that the company will distribute 21.0952% bonus shares worth Rs.4.43 Crore and 1.1103% cash dividend worth Rs.23.31 Lakhs (for tax purpose) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76.

The decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.

The micro finance has reported a net profit of Rs.5.97 Crore by the end of the fourth quarter of FY 75/76, which is a 49.16% rise from the corresponding quarter of previous year.
