Stock market rises by 6.58 points after 4 consecutive days of downfall; Increment in turnover of Rs 70.33 crore

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went up by 6.58 points or 0.37% to close at 1794.47 points.
Nepse Index opened at 1787.76 points and was seen in upward trend.
54,954.unit shares of Kumari Bank Limited and 50,000.unit shares of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 1 were traded more today.
Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Kamana Bikas Bank Limited hit circuit break today.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 70.33 crore where more than 7.87 lakh units’ shares were traded through 3,790 transactions.
Sensitive and float index went up by 1.43 and 0.43 points respectively.
Except Hotels, Finance & Manufacturing & production, all sectors at Nepse landed in green. Insurance sector surges by 127.75 points.
