Stock market continues to plunge by 10.38 points with turnover of Rs 63.67 crore; hydropower sector rises by 17.76 points

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went down by 10.38 points or 0.58% to close at 1793.36 points.
Nepse Index opened at 1803.78 points and was seen in downward trend.
125,038 unit shares of Kumari Bank Limited and 118,840.unit shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) were traded more today.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 63.67 crore where more than 7.83 lakh units’ shares were traded through 3,653 transactions.
Sensitive and float index went down by 2.53 and 0.81 points respectively.
Except Hydropower and others sectors, all sectors at Nepse landed in red. Hydropower sector surges by 17.76 points.
