Standard Chartered Bank Unveils Book Closure Date; Calls AGM on Mangsir 29

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited(SCB) has called its 39th AGM on Monday, 29th Mangsir, 2082. The meeting will be held at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting from 9:30 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, balance sheet for the year ended in mid-2081, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2081/82, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The book closure date is on 16th Mangsir, 2082. Thus, shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
