Standard Chartered Bank proposes 17.50% cash dividend for FY 2074/75

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has announced dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published, the board meeting of the bank has announced 17.50% cash dividend (including tax for dividend) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2074/75.
The meeting was held on Kartik 24, 2075. The decision is subjected to the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM. The bank had distributed 100% bonus shares and 5.26% cash dividend from the net profit of earlier fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid-up capital currently stands at Rs 8.01 arba.
The company had earned Rs 2.07 arba in FY 2074/75. Its LTP stands at Rs 690 as of November 6th, 2018.
