Standard Chartered Bank distributing uncollected 19.21% cash dividend warrant from today

Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) is distributing uncollected 19.21% cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today (Magh 13, 2073) from New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Earlier, the bank had distributed cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from Shrawan 23, 2073 at its share registrar Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The bank’s 29^th AGM held on Jestha 21, 2073 had endorsed 19.21 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
