Standard Chartered Bank distributing 19.21% cash dividend warrant from today

Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) is distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today (Shrawan 23, 2073).The bank’s 29th AGM held on Jestha 21, 2073 had endorsed 19.21 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The cash dividend warrant would be distributed at its share registrar Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Anamnagar, Kathmandu.
The bank has published a list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.

- Original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
- Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
- The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
- The cash dividend of shareholders possessing account in Standard Chartered Bank will have their money directly transfer to their respective account.
