Stakeholder of Bottlers Nepal Limited, Coca-Cola Sabco Limited changes name to Coca Cola Southwest Asia Holdings Limited; NEPSE published a notice

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the change in name of investor of Bottlers Nepal Limited (BNL).

As per the notice published, complying with the decisions endorsed in the AGM of Coca-Cola Sabco (Asia) Limited held on 18^th June, 2015, the name of the company will be changed to Coca Cola Southwest Asia Holdings Limited.

Coca-Cola Sabco (Asia) Limited is a big stake investor of Bottlers Nepal Limited. The name of the foreign company will be changed to Coca Cola Southwest Asia Holdings Limited. Necessary changes in the books of Bottlers Nepal Limited have been made.
