Sparsha Laghubitta conducts training workshop for 67 field level employees to promote employee motivation

Sparsha Laghubitta has conducted one day field management training workshop for its field assistants of 20 branch offices at Bardhaghat of Parashi and Begnas taal of Pokhara on Mangsir 28 and Poush 1, 2075.

The training event helped to motivate 67 field assistants to meeting the financial target of the microfinance, as stated in the media statement. The event was inaugurated by CEO of the microfinance Mr. Sajal Khadka and was facilitated by Mr. Tej Bahadur Giri, and Mr. Nabin Pyakurel.
