Soaltee Hotel to distribute 6.57% cash dividend warrant from today

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) is distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today (Magh 27, 2072). The company’s 41st AGM held on Poush 29 had endorsed 6.57 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM tomorrow at its company registrar located at Tahachal, Kathmandu.
Notes:
- Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate and Demat account slip is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
- Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
- The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
