Soaltee Hotel to distribute 25% bonus share certificate from today

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) is distributing bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (Chaitra 24, 2073). The company’s 41st AGM held on Poush 29 had endorsed 25 percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM today at its company registrar located at Tahachal, Kathmandu.
Notes:
- Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate and Demat account slip is required to receive bonus share certificate.
- Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
- The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
