Soaltee Hotel to distribute 10% bonus share certificate from Jestha 18; Demat a/c holders to get bonus in respective a/c

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) will be distributing bonus share certificate to its shareholders from Jestha 18, 2074. The company’s 42^nd AGM held on Poush 29, 2073 had endorsed 10 percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at its company registrar located at Tahachal, Kathmandu. Those shareholders who have bought and transferred the shares in demat accounts till Mangsir 26, 2073 will get their bonus share in their respective demat account. Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive bonus share certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
