Soaltee Hotel to approve 25% stock and 5% cash dividend; 41st AGM today

Soaltee Hotel Limited is convening its 41st AGM today (Poush 29). The AGM is going to be held at Soaltee Crown Plaza, Tahachal, Kathmandu at 10: 30 AM. An official with Soaltee Hotel Limited said, “From the profit of the last fiscal year, the hotel will be providing 25% stock dividend and 5% cash dividend to its shareholders.” Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 29 is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Poush 1, 2072 till Poush 29, 2072 for the purpose of its AGM. Earlier, Soaltee Hotel had offered 40% bonus share and 17.89% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of fiscal year 2070/71.
