Soaltee Hotel: Net profit & EPS drops by 77.30% & 84% respectively

Soaltee Hotel Limited has reported net profit decreased by 77.30% for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. The net profit of the hotel is Rs 2.65 crore in Q2 declining from Rs 11.68 crore as in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The hotel’s income (operations and other income) has dropped to Rs 50.16 crore from Rs 70.82 in previous fiscal year. It has an operating profit of Rs 8.04 crore in Q2.The figure was Rs 21.26 crore in the previous fiscal year quarter.
Soaltee’s reserve fund dropped to Rs 77.01 crore in Q2 from Rs 78.69 crore in the FY 2071/72. Its share capital remains at Rs 42.12 crore.
The hotel’s EPS (annualized) dropped by 84% from Rs 3.88 to Rs 0.63 in the same period of the second quarter. The hotel’s net worth per share is Rs 28.28.
