Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has called its 47th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's registered office in Tahachal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports and annual reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election of 3 board members from the public shareholders and appointment of an independent director.
4) Misc.
The company has not proposed any dividends this time. Mangsir 06 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
