Soaltee Hotel distributes bonus share certificates for non demat shareholders from Magh 29

Soaltee Hotel is distributing 15% bonus share to its shareholders from Magh 29, 2074. Soaltee Hotel’s 43rd AGM held on Mangsir 28, 2074 had endorsed 15% bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. The bonus share certificate will be distributed from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Magh 29, 2074 except on Saturday, Sunday or any other public holidays. The certificate distribution has been done for those shareholders who have not dematerialized their shares. The certificate distribution will be made at Company’s Registered Office, Tahachal, Kathmandu.
