Soaltee Hotel 43rd AGM today; to endorse 21.05% dividend

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) 43^rd AGM is being held on Mangsir 28, 2074 at Tribhuwan Army Officer Club, Sundhara, Kathmandu. The main agendas of the AGM are to endorse 21.05% dividend and major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the dividend was set on Mangsir 4, 2074 till Mangsir 28, 2074. Only those shareholders having shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Mangsir 3, 2074 are eligible for bonus share of the company and participation in the AGM. SHL has proposed 15% bonus shares and 6.05% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. SHL had earned net profit of Rs 18.29 crore up to the end of fourth quarter of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 57.91 crore. After issuance of 15% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 66.59 crore.
