Singati Hydro Energy to convene AGM on Falgun 30; Major agendas include IPO and loan approval

Singati Hydro Energy Limited will be convening its tenth AGM on Falgun 30, 2076 Friday at Kundali Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu from 11:30 onwards.
The Board Meeting of the company held on Falgun 08, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of the audited financial statements of the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the audtor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Issuance of IPO for the locals and general public.
- Taking up loans higher than the company's paid-up capital.
