Sindhu Bikas Bank to convene 9th AGM on Poush 28

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) will be convening its 9^th AGM on Poush 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Melamchi River Resort, Sindhupalchowk at 10:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make provisions for the merger and acquisition of the development bank and to provide authority to the BOD to take decisions regarding the same
2. To appoint 3 directors from the promoters

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed on Poush 17 till Poush 27 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the bank till Poush 16 will be able to participate in the AGM.
