Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited has informed NEPSE on 2076-10-05 about cancellation of AGM. The 10th AGM was scheduled on Poush 29, 2076. The 272th BOD meeting held on Poush 29 at 8:00 PM has decided to cancel AGM due to various issues.
