Sindhu Bikas Bank Calls 12th AGM on Shrawan 06 With These Agendas

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) has called its 12th AGM on Shrawan 06, 2079. The meeting will be held in Mirabel Resort Hotel, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and to determine their remuneration.
4) Election of 3 board members from public shareholders.
5) To identify and select suitable development bank for merger/acquisition process.
6) Misc.
