Sindhu Bikas Bank 6th AGM on Kartik 29; to endorse 12.5% stock dividend & 1:1 right share

Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) will be holding its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2072. The AGM will be held at Hotel Himalayan Horizon, Dhulikhel, Kavre at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
  • The AGM is expected to endorse 12.5 % bonus share and 0.6578 % cash dividend for tax purpose as proposed by the BoD of the bank.
  • Authorize BOD to initiate process to issue 1:1 (100%) right share to its existing shareholders after bonus share is issued.
  • To amend article of association accordingly.
Other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Sindhu Bikas Bank had earned net profit of Rs 1.69 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
