Siddhartha Insurance urges shareholders to collect cash dividends

Siddhartha Insurance Limited (SIL) has published a notice regarding collection of cash deposit. As per the notice published in newspaper today, SIL has urged all the shareholders to collect the cash dividend, those are yet to collect cash dividend are requested to visit NMB Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. Also, insurance company notified that uncollected dividend for 5 years are transferred to “Investors Protection Fund” maintained at Company Registrar Office. And after that no any dividend will be due to paid. Announcement:
