Siddhartha Equity Fund reports net loss of Rs.2.21 Crore for Shrawan; NAV falls to Rs.11.09

Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF), a closed-end 10 years mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited has reported decrease in its net asset value (NAV) for the month of Shrawan.

According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV fell to Rs.11.09 as of Shrawan end, 2076 which was Rs.11.24 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs.1.50 Arba has invested Rs.1.02 Arba in the listed shares and Rs.2.65 Crore in the public issues, right shares and bonus shares. The scheme has Rs.15 crore in fixed deposits and has invested Rs.5.55 crore in bond and debenture.

This scheme has Rs.40.77 Crore in bank balance. It stood at Rs.47.57 Crore in the previous month.

SEF has posted a net loss of Rs.2.21 Crore till the month of Shrawan which was Rs.15.89 Crore in the last month.
