Siddhartha Capital Distributes Cash Dividend of Its Funds to Bank Accounts of Unitholders

Siddhartha Capital is distributing the cash dividend of its mutual funds, starting from Bhadra 09. The capital has also urged unitholders to authenticate their bank details in their Demat accounts to have their dividend deposited.

Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF), a closed-end 10 years mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited proposed a 30% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board held on Shrawan 21 decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 45 crores.

Similarly, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 (SIGS2) also proposed a 30% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2077/78. The cash dividend is worth Rs 36 crore.

32nd Shrawan, 2078 was the book closure day for both the funds. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout of the respective mutual funds.
