Siddhartha Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10.53% Dividend; Calls AGM on Kartik 30

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has called its 24th AGM on 30th Kartik, 2082. The meeting will be held at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 a.m. that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The 461st meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Ashwin 21 decided to distribute a 5.53% cash dividend worth RS. 77.91 Crores and a 5% bonus share worth Rs. 70.44 Crores. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 14.08 Arba. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2080/81 and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Kartik 17 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who maintained that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
