Siddhartha Bank to hold 13th AGM on Kartki 23; only 2 working days left for book closure

Siddhartha Bank Ltd has announced its annual general meeting (AGM) for Kartik 23. Publishing a notice today, the bank scheduled its 13th AGM on the Kartik 23 at Trade Tower in Thapathali Kathmandu.

The bank has already announced the book closure date, beginning from Kartik 3. This means that the shareholders have now only two days—Friday (today) and Sunday—left to get hold of the shares of the bank if they want to reap the dividend benefit of the bank.

The bank has already announced 23.6 percent dividend—12 percent bonus shares and 11.16 percent cash dividend—to its shareholders from the net profit it has earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.  

The AMG among other is likely to approve the dividend distribution agenda.

After adjustment of 12 percent bonus shares, the bank’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 2.03 arba from current paid-up capital of Rs 1.81 arba.

According The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 79.15 crore, up from Rs 48.26 crore it earned in the previous fiscal year 2069/70.
