Siddhartha Bank Limited is Auctioning 1,57,479 Units Promoter Shares from Today
The existing promoter of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) is auctioning 1,57,479 units of shares to interested promoter shareholders from today.
1,57,479 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from this notice's publication date, i.e.,2nd Bhadra, 2083.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the company located at Naxal, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares will later be auctioned to the general public.
SBL closed at Rs. 409.20 .
